中文摘要 | 本研究利用行政院環境保護署台西監測資料(台西工業測站及台西光化學評估監測站),分析空氣品質變化情形及臭氧前驅物濃度變化情形,並探討與相近的六輕離島工業區的關係。依據台西測站2007年4月至2008年3月監測資料顯示,各化合物高濃度皆出現於東北風及西北風區間,其中乙烯、丙烯、丙烷、異丁烷、正丁烷及苯,北風區之平均濃度大於南風區之平均濃度,綜合風向、風速及高值出現時間推估,中午12點至下午2點,盛行北北西風且風速介於4~6 m/s時,受到北方六輕離島工業區的影響最大。甲苯與二甲苯高值出現的時間落在凌晨3點至5點間,風速介於0~2 m/s間,風向以北北東風為主。但北風區之平均濃度約等於南風區之平均濃度,受風速影響大於受風向影響,當風速小於2 m/s時擴散不良易導致污染物易累積,當風速大於2 m/s時擴散較為良好,污染物濃度較低,故推估甲苯及二甲苯是受當地局部污染源影響。綜合上述分析,根據風向與污染物特性顯示污染物可能源自於上風處六輕離島工業區,中午時段及凌晨分別有二種不同製程常出現意外排放情形,值得進一步追蹤。 |
英文摘要 | The study focuses on the variations over the air quality and the concentration of the precursors of ozone in the environment near the No.6 Naphtha Cracking factory. Based on the monitoring data of Taisi station from April 2007 to March 2008, as the wind coming from the north (northeast or northwest), the hourly concentration of each component reached to its own maximum. The concentrations of ethylene, propylene, propane, iso-butane, n-butane, and benzene collected from the north area were higher than the south area. According to relations between the wind direction, wind speed and the records of high concentration, the influence of the pollutants emitted from the No.6 Naphtha Cracking factory could reach to the maximum with the north-northwesterly wind along with 4~6 m/s wind speed. And the condition above often took place during the time period from 12:00 to 14:00 in the afternoon. On the other hand, the peak concentrations of toluene and xylene often appeared within the period from 3:00 to 5:00 in the morning with the north-northeasterly wind direction and 0~2 m/s wind speed. We found that the mean concentrations of toluene and xylene in the north area were almost the same within the south area and the variation of the wind speed became the key to having high toluene and xylene concentrations or not. Therefore, it is suggested that local pollution activities might be the main cause leading to high concentrations of both toluene and xylene. From the result of the monitoring, we can see that the northerly winds might carry the emission pollutants from the No.6 Naphtha Cracking factory to Taisi station. But consider the distinctions of each component and the condition of high concentration affairs, more detailed researches are needed. |
