中文摘要 | 目的:探討高強度間歇訓練及中強度連續訓練,對於葡萄糖代謝、胰島素反應及自律神經系統活性的影響。方法:受試者為16名大學男子籃球選手(年齡20.3±1.3歲、身高182.5±5.8 cm、體重77.6±7.8 kg)。訓練前受試者需接受漸增強度跑步測驗,取得2 mmol/l有氧及4 mmol/l無氧閾值速度,兩組訓練介入2週共計7次訓練。高強度間歇訓練組(high intensity interval training, HIIT)以120-140%無氧閾值速度,訓練2分鐘間隔休息1分鐘重覆7次,訓練20分鐘;中強度連續訓練組(moderate intensity training, MIT),以2 mmol/l有氧及4 mmol/l無氧閾值速度(每5分鐘變一次速度),持續跑訓練20分鐘。訓練前後,以葡萄糖耐受性試驗(oral glucose tolerance test, OGTT)檢測血糖代謝、胰島素分泌狀況,以心率變異率檢測自律神經系統活性。結果:2週訓練後對血糖代謝的影響,HIIT在空腹血糖及OGTT第30、60及90分鐘的血糖皆無明顯影響(p>.05),其葡萄糖的IAUC訓練後無明顯差異(p>.05);MIT在空腹血糖及OGTT的第30分鐘沒有差異,而第60及90分鐘血糖則是明顯較訓練前低(p<.05),其葡萄糖的IAUC訓練後明顯較低(p<.05)。HIIT及MIT對於OGTT的胰島素分泌的影響,訓練前後各時間點皆無明顯差異(p>.05),兩組的胰島素IAUC也無明顯影響(p>.05)。以心跳變異率之LF/HF比值為自律神經系統活性指標,結果顯示訓練後HIIT組LF/HF比值明顯較高(p<.05),而MIT組LF/HF比值明顯較低(p<.05),同時較HIIT低(p<.05)。顯示MIT訓練可增加副交感神經活性,可能因此對於葡萄糖代謝能力有較佳的改善。結論:中強度運動可改善葡萄糖代謝能力,同時可增加副交感神經活性,平衡自律神經系統。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: In this study we compared the effects of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate aerobic training on glucose tolerance, insulin sensitivity and autonomic neural activity. Methods: Subjects were trained under two exercise intensity based on exercising lactate levels: 2-mmol/l as aerobic and 4-mmol/l as anaerobic (4-AnT), respectively. Subjects (20.3±1.3 yrs, 182.5±5.8 cm, 77.6±7.8 kg) were arranged by 4-AnT then S type matched into HIIT (N=8, 7 repeats, 2-min interval at 120-140% 4-AnT, 1-min rest between intervals) and MIT (N=8, continuous, change speed every 5-min at 4-AnT and 2-AT) groups and performed 7 times 20-min running training over two weeks. An oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed to evaluate glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity, and heart rate variability (HRV) was measured to evaluate the activity of the autonomic nervous system. Results: In the OGTT the glucose metabolism was not significantly different after HIIT training, but MIT was effectively increased glucose metabolism after training over two weeks. The area under the curve (AUC) of the plasma glucose response during OGTT was reduced significantly by MIT. Interestingly, LF/HF ratio of HRV, as a indicator of balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system was lower in MIT after training. Conclusion: Glucose tolerance was improved with the higher parasympathetic neural activity after moderate aerobic training over two weeks. |
