中文摘要 | 本研究旨於探討學生修習瑜珈課之動機、修習之後對自己身體心理的改變及教師教學內容、方式的回饋,以提供日後瑜珈教學改進之參考。本研究分析之資料來源爲嶺東科技大學96學年度第一學期大學部四技2年級各系修習瑜珈課程學生之學期報告。所得結果發現:一、學生修習瑜珈課的動機,大多希望可以減肥、瘦身、雕塑身材或出於好奇;二、經過一學期瑜珈課程的學習,每位同學對瑜珈均有深一層的認識,瞭解瑜珈不是僅止於身體層面,更具有提升心靈層次的作用,更激發學生自我認識與開發的寶貴經驗;三、對於教師教學的建議爲希望增加減肥瘦身、塑身的體位法、雙人瑜珈、針對個人狀況的體位法以及多一些音樂上的變化等,以增加瑜珈課的樂趣。本研究建議爲:一、建議未來教師教授瑜珈課程時應取其瑜珈對身心訓練的精華,來達到體育的教學目標,並滿足學生修習本課程的需求。二、建議教師教授瑜珈課程時應依學生的個人狀況,給予不同的靜態課程設計,並將瑜珈教學樂趣化,以提高學生之修課意願。三、未來研究可結合計量研究法並擴大研究樣本數,持續對於相關主題進行更深入之研究。 |
英文摘要 | The paper focuses on the motive of student's cultivation yoga lesson probing into of the purport of this text, to the change of one's own health psychology and feedback of teacher's content of courses, way after cultivation, in order to offer as the references as well as improve the yoga teaching in the future. This research focuses on the results of data analysis based on the cultivation yoga term report of students in the second grades of enrollment in 2007. The result of the outcome shows: First, motive of student's cultivation yoga lesson, or out of curiosity in mostly hoping to reduce weight, shaping, sculpture stature; Second, pass the study of yoga course of one term, each students comprehend the yoga more deeply, even yoga is not just facilitate about the body aspect, which has great function of improving the soul level precisely; excite the valuable experiences that students know and develop oneself even more; Third, to teacher's content of courses, courses with the aim of hoping to increase weight-reducing, molding the body and double yoga of suggestions of the way, the change and directing against the body posture law of the personal state provides more music. |
