中文摘要 | 本研究探討教師如何將「閱讀學習社群」理念融入「班級經營」的過程以及師生的成長歷程。以下為本研究之三個目標: 1. 提出可解決班級經營問題之閱讀教學方案。 2. 了解在以閱讀教學應用於班級經營行動研究過程中,教師在教學品質的成長與反省。 3.了解以閱讀教學應用於班級經營之行動研究過程中,學生的成長與實施成效。 研究者選取一個國小六年級班級,融入「班級經營」的「閱讀教學」進行為期半年的行動研究(2007年1月至2007年6月)。經由研究者教學活動的錄影、學生學習日記、研究者與諍友的觀察筆記、訪談等資料。經分析後,獲得以下的發現與結果: 1.培養閱讀能力是提升學習能力的基礎。 2.營造閱讀學習的社群可改善班級的學習氣氛。 |
英文摘要 | The study is to discuss the process that how teachers involve “Reading Learning Community” into” classroom management” and to discuss the growing experience between teachers and students. The purpose of this study covers the following three main points: 1. Offer a reading instruction program to solve the problem of classroom management. 2. Realize that in the process of action research, when the researcher applies reading instruction to the classroom management, what are teachers’ progress and reflection in their teaching? 3. Realize that in the process of action research, when the researcher applies reading instruction to the classroom management, what are students’ progress and the effect of the reading instruction program? Subjects were the researcher’s sixth grade class students. The reading instruction was designed to involve in the class management. FromJanuary2007 to June 2007, the researcher conducted six month’s action research. Data were collected through the videotapes of classroom activities, students’ learning journals, the critical friends’ observation record, the researcher’s reflection notes, and interviews. Through analyzing, all of the findings have examined: 1. Developing reading ability is the basis of learning capability. 2. Constructing the reading learning community can improve the study atmosphere of classroom. |
