中文摘要 | 本研究目的調查新進護理人員自評之護理能 力及其相關因素,包括臨床、行政、教學研究三 大技能。採量性橫斷式(cross-sectionalstudies) 研究設計,方便取樣中部某醫學中心到職三個 月至一年內之新進護理人員78位,採結構式評量 表。結果:(1)平均年齡23.63歲,現職年資平 均9.14個月,總年資平均11.79個月:以二技畢業 最多佔35.90% ;服務外科病房最多佔35.90%。 (2)護理能力依序為臨床、行政、教學與研究技 能,平均分數分別為3.鈞、3.48、2.80分。(3) 年齡、現職年資對三大技能均無顯著影響:總年 資越久者臨床技能較佳:教育程度與大學相較下 專科及二技畢業者行政技能較佳:服務科別方面 與外科相較下服務於綜合科者臨床技能較弱,而 產婦兒科者有較佳的行政技能。本研究結果可提 供醫療單位主管參考,以針對護理能力缺失之處 加強訓練,研擬相關留任措施,以穩定人力,進 而提升專業能力及護理品質。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to estimate the nursing competency of newly employed nurses and related effects in a medical center. We investigated clinical technique, administrative skill, teaching and research skill through nurses' self- assessment. This research adopted a cross-sectional approach using a structured (1) mean Study results showed : questionnaire. The sample size was 78 nurses. age was 23.63, the average working experience was 9.14 months, and the average of total work experience was 11.79 months. Educational background showed that 35.90% Regarding working experience, the first 35.90% was based on surgery. (2) The mean scores for clinical technique, administrative skill, teaching and research skill of newly employed nurses by self assessment were 3.56, 3.48, and 2.8, respectively. (3) Demonstrated ability had no significant relationship to age or seniority. Regarding education, those who graduated from junior college of nurses had attended college. demonstrated better administrative ability than academicians. In terms of working experience, those working in a general, all-encompassing nursing department demonstrated weaker clinical ability when compared to those working in a surgical department. In addition, nurses working in gynecologic, obstetric and pediatric departments demonstrated better administrative ability. Results of the self-assessment questionnaire highlight the nursing competency of newly employed nurses,heRpingi directors of hospitals to improve professional ability and quality of nursing through development of specialized training programs. |
