中文摘要 | 本文主要在介紹沙灘排球選手發生運動傷害的常見類型與防治方式。運動傷害主要分為兩大類型,急性傷害的類型包括踝關節扭傷、手指挫傷、膝部傷害(韌帶或半月板受損)等;而過度使用傷害則包括臏腱炎、肩部疼痛以及下背痛等。急性運動傷害處理方式一般以PRICE原則,輔以非類固醇抗炎藥物來舒緩傷部,預防方式則以穿戴護具及運動貼紮方式來預防肌肉拉傷及韌帶扭傷。而過度使用之運動傷害除可借肌力訓練與護具加以預防外,更須注重球場沙子的品質與深度,方可有效降低過度使用而導致運動傷害的發生。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this review was to discuss the prevalence of injury and the extent of preventive actions in beach volleyball players. This article introduced acute and overuse injuries in beach volleyball. Acute injuries included ankle sprains, finger injuries, knee injuries (ligament or meniscus injures) and so on. Overuse injuries included patellar tendonitis, shoulder pain, and low back pain. Generally, PRICE methods and NSAIDs were often used to cope with acute injuries. Wearing sporting devices and athletic taping could prevent muscle strain and ligament sprain. Muscle strengthening and wearing protective devices were often used to prevent overuse injuries. In addition, sand quality and depth should also be considered to reduce overuse injuries. |
