中文摘要 | 隨著《大學法》明確規範大學應建立教師評鑑後,各大學乃紛紛實施教師評鑑制度,進行教師在教學、研究、輔導與服務的績效評量。本研究旨在探討S科技大學教師對教師評鑑的態度,運用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,以瞭解教師對評鑑目的、評鑑指標與評分準則、評鑑制度設計與實施、評鑑結果運用及評鑑配套措施等面向的贊成程度。研究結果發現,S科技大學教師對該校教師評鑑的態度大致良好,不同性別、年齡與職級之教師對教師評鑑的態度在各個面向皆無明顯差異,而服務年資、單位、職務、是否參加公聽會或知道大學法有關教師評鑑規定之差異則在不同構面呈現顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | After University Act legally granted faculty evaluation, universities establish the faculty evaluation system to evaluate faculty’s performances in teaching, research, service and consulting. Using questionnaire to collect data, the study aims to explore faculty’s attitude toward faculty evaluation in the dimensions of evaluation of purposes, criteria, system design and implementation, result applications, and supplementary measures in S University of Technology. The study has following findings: faculty’s attitudes toward faculty evaluation are quite fine; faculty in different genders/ages/professional titles show no significant difference, but faculty in different service years/colleges/posts, whether attending hearing/knowing University Act or not, have significant differences in different dimensions. |
