中文摘要 | 許多研究指出,烙印是阻礙精障者就醫的最大因素且會形成一個惡性循環。然而,每隔一段時間,我們就會聽到一些「精障者禁入公園」、「禁搭大眾交通工具」、「精神異常男子白晝行兇」…等等的案例,出現在一些法規限制上或媒體報導。此時,我們不得不心生問號,到底台灣的精障者及家屬背上所承載的社會烙印程度有多少?而我們是否有具體對抗烙印的行動或策略?排除烙印的行動有哪些?因此本文所想要探討的是,精神疾病的烙印化是如何產生的?如何被建構?又被誰所論述?目前世界各國對於消除烙印的行動又有哪些?反思台灣的精神醫療政策中,對消除精障者的烙印又做了那些? |
英文摘要 | The greatest barrier to the exclusion of people with mental health problem is the stigmatization and leads to a vicious circle. Sometimes we hear about some people with mental illness are restrained from entering the park and taking mass transportation vehicle, further people were killed by strangers who have mental illness symptoms. In the meantime, we wonder how degree of the stigmatization on the mental illness patients and their families? Do we have any anti-stigma campaign or tackling stigma strategies to change or advocate about negative attitudes of people? The purpose of this article is trying to understand how is the stigmatization of mental illness created or who discoursed, in order to reflect our mental health policy for reducing stigma campaign. |
