中文摘要 | 中鋼公司共有9部堆取料機,原全部於現場由人工操作,為人力合理化、改善作業環境及作業品質,於民國96年12月完成第一期6部堆取料機自動操作系統工程。世界各主要鋼廠之原料場設備大部份都是使用堆料與取料功能分開之堆料機及取料機,作業比較單純。中鋼公司因場地狹小,為提昇堆置量全部採用堆取料功能合併之堆取料機,發展自動化更複雜困難。本文介紹本案發展歷程、堆取料自動操作技術、儀電設備、電腦控制系統、操作模式及流程。 |
英文摘要 | There were 9 sets of Stacker/Reclaimer (S/R) operated manually at china Steel (CSC). For improving the working environment, quality and man-power optimization, the first-stage project of automatic operation for six (6) sets of S/R was completed before December 2007. Owing to the combined functions of stacking and reclaiming for CSC’s S/R, other than the single function of stacking or reclaiming for the machine separately in other steel mills, it is more difficult to conduct and upgrade the automatic operation for CSC. The development of automation technique, detective apparatus, controllable PC system, operating model and processes are all introduced in this paper. |
