中文摘要 | 依據鐵路法規要求及實際作業需要,目前中鋼公司鐵路運輸線路於各作業場站軌道末端皆設有道碴式或道碴與枕木混合式之止衝檔,以防止軌道車輛衝出軌道,或降低衝出後之危害。本報告乃分析現有軌道車輛行駛阻力與剎車距離,及評估各型止衝檔運用之優缺點,以確認裝設油壓緩衝摩擦式止衝檔之可行性,並可做為未來解決鐵路車輛衝出各場站道末端問題之參考。 |
英文摘要 | By the railroad laws, china Steel has installed buffer stoops of the ballast type or the ballast and sleeper type at track ends. Consequently, railway vehicles are effectively prevented form traveling over the track ends and those hazards caused by ramping can be minimized. This article describes the procedure of analyzing various rolling resistances and braking behaviors of track vehicles (Locomotive and Torpedo Cars), evaluating advantages and disadvantages of buffer stops in different configurations, and assessing the details to install a buffer stop in a form composed of a hydraulic absorber and mechanical friction brakes. On the basis of trials, railway vehicles run over the track ends could be prevented. |
