中文摘要 | 原料堆置場逸散揚塵為中鋼公司粉塵污染主要排放源之一,本研究利用石灰與水的化學反應產生的硬化效果,以石灰漿做為料堆粉塵抑制劑的評估試驗,期以近乎灑水的低成本達到噴灑化學藥劑的高抑塵效果,成為控制料堆逸散粉塵的經濟可行方案。模擬實驗及現場試噴結果均顯示石灰漿能滲入料堆內,形成3公分以上的穿透層,緊密的黏附包裏表層粉料。形成之白色複碳酸鹽硬殼,抗壓量測值可達200KN/m2以上,因無明顯孔隙,水分不易滲透,兼具有相當程度的防水功能,可減少雨季時原料水分過高及料堆崩料的困擾。最適的噴灑方式為以10~20%濃度的石灰漿及1.0 L/m2的噴灑劑量,重複噴灑料堆表面兩次。抑制揚塵效率可達90%以上,不亞於商用抑制劑,而費用僅約商用藥劑的1/10。石灰漿噴灑料堆之應用測試,證實為具有簡易、價廉及信賴度高的料堆抑塵控制方案。最佳應用時機是應用在需較長期堆置的礦砂或污泥灰渣等,在卸取料頻繁的狀況下,料堆表面的硬殼保護層會受機械力持續破壞,則較不適宜,而應考慮以設置防風防塵柵網方式控制逸散粉塵。 |
英文摘要 | Raw material storage yard is one of the major fugitive dust emission sources. This study aims to assess the feasibility of utilizing lime slurry as dust suppressant to control fugitive dust from raw material storage yard effectively and economically. Results from lab and pilot tests show that spraying lime slurry can penetrate the surface layer of pile up to 3 cm deep, and form a poly-carbonated crust, which tightly adhere with particles of the pile surface. The most suitable dosage is 1.0 L/m2~0.2 kg lime/L, and spraying twice. The large scale field test confirmed the use of lime spray has the advantage of simplicity, cheap, and reliability. Lime spray is the best alternative for non-active piles to meet environmental regulation of airborne dust. s |
