中文摘要 | 職業性肌肉骨骼傷害如下背痛、腕道症候群、腱鞘炎、白指症等,是職場中越來越常見的職業疾病,而一貫作業鋼鐵廠內,包括原料準備、煉鐵、煉鋼、及軌鋼等主要製程雖然大多已趨向自動化作業,惟部分製程活動仍需運用到大量的人力與機械化設備,本文探討其中之落料回收、架空式起重機、裝櫃車、手持砸道機、鋼品包裝、人工物料搬運等六個製程活動易導致之肌肉骨骼傷害,作為一貫作業鋼鐵廠勞工安全衛生管理,維護勞工健康的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders, such as low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, tenosynovitis, and vibration-induced white finger are fairly common occupational diseases. The manufacturing process for an integrated steel mill is composed of raw materials preparation, iron making, steelmaking, and rolling. Most of them are automatic operation, but some mass man power and machinery equipments are still needed. This study shows the Musculoskeletal Disorders induced from man power and machinery equipment operations at China Steel, including the falling materials collection, overhead crane, U-frame carrier, coil packing, portable tamping machine, and Manual Materials Handling, for the reference in safety and health management. |
