英文摘要 | Kennedy's disease is an X-linked, neurodegenerative disorder characterized by loss of lower motor neurons. The initial clinical presentation may mimic other neurological disease, and the final diagnosis usually depends on genetic testing. The role of PET in this disease is not well established. We presented a case of Kennedy's disease with unexpected image features and discussed the possible utility of 18F-FDG PET in this disease. |
