中文摘要 | 加油站業務的擴張,有賴於服務項目的增加,而最好的服務項目是幫客戶洗車,然而洗車就會產生大量的廢水,因此,必需處理回收使用,油品行銷事業部要求本所評估研發洗車機使用的清潔劑、水蠟及廢水處理藥劑等相關產品。 廢水處理的方法,利用物理的方法有沉澱法、過濾法及活性碳吸附法;利用化學的方法有中和法、混凝加壓浮除法及離子交換法;利用微生物的方法有活性污泥法、接觸曝氣法…等。需要依據廢水的特性,選擇適當的方法,才能有效的達到廢水處理的效果。 加油站廢水的特性主要是泥沙(SS)多及COD超過排放標準,這些污染物,藉由混凝加壓浮除法,可以很有效的被去除,經評估後,廢水處理最佳的方法,乃是混凝加壓浮除法。廢水處理的費用中,主要以化學藥品的效用及價格最為重要,因此本計劃乃針對現有產品,利用各種評估方法,評估市面上現有各種凝結劑及助凝劑的配方,發現大部分的配方都是水,如果改用固體包裝不但可以節省很多運費,而且可以節省藥品桶的費用及回收處理的費用,至少為本公司節省一半以上的廢水處理藥劑的費用,但此一改革,需配合自動攪拌設備的改裝,以解決藥劑溶解的問題。 |
英文摘要 | The best way to expand the gas station business is to provide the customers with car washing service. In car wash, a large quantity of wastewater is generated and has to be treated for reuse. We successfully developed the agents for treating such wastewater from car wash. Depending on the objectives and its nature, the wastewater can be treated by use of physical methods, such as precipitation, filtration and activated carbon adsorption; chemical methods, such as neutralization, depressurized floatation, and ion exchange; and biological methods such as active sludge and aeration. The wastewater from the gas stations is characterized by high solid (SS) and chemical oxygen demand (COD), and can be treated efficiently using the depressurized floatation method with the aid of flocculants and coagulants. For this treating process to be viable, the effectiveness and the cost of these treating agents are most crucial. In the development, the treating agents on its effectiveness and formulation have been evaluated. We discovered that the treating agents are mostly water, leading to high costs in packaging and transportation. We therefore developed a solid treating agent to reduce the over-all cost by half. The success of this project depends on the installation of the automatic agitation and feeding system, and is aided by the enthusiastic support of the personnel at the Marketing division and gas stations. We are trying to develop more special and effective agents for application at the gas station the throughout the country. |
