中文摘要 | 二十一世紀是資訊化、科技化、自由化、民主化、多元化、國際化的社會,「今日的領導者,明日的世界」。火線領導是學校領導人必須具備的關鍵能力,是學校領導人未來應共同努力的目標。本研究根據火線領導的理念、火線領導的原則,談學校之經營管理。本研究結果簡單歸納為七點:一、從「適應問題」激勵,建立回饋評鑑機制。二、從「求新求變」溝通,建立全面品質管理。三、從「到陽台上」統觀,建立校園安全環境。四、從「政治思考」切入,提昇公共關係管理。五、從「調和衝突」建設,營造組織變革文化。六、從「能進能出」訓練,提高問題解決能力。七、從「從容不迫」立基,轉化抗拒力成助力。 |
英文摘要 | The 21st century is an information, scientific technology, liberalization, democracy, multiplication, and internationalization society. ”Today's leader, tomorrow's world.” The leadership on the line is the essential ability of the school leader and it is a goal which the school leader has to work hard in the future. The research according to the ideas of the leadership on the line, the principles of the leadership on the line discusses school management. There are seven points in the research. First, from ”adapting question” to drive and establish the back comment. Second, from ”pursuing new and change” to communicate and establish the comprehensive quality control. Third, from ”going to the balcony ” to handle whole and establish the security of school environment. Fourth, from ”political thinking” to cut in and promote the management of public relation. Fifth, from ”the well distributed conflict” to construct and build the culture of organization transformation. Sixth, from ”entering and going out” to train and promote the ability of question solution. Seventh, from ”the calmness” to base and transform the resistance strength to the boosts. |
