中文摘要 | 本研究旨在運用邏輯模式建構學校管理理論,研究中採用文獻分析以確立理論基礎,訪談四位專家以獲取對本研究的提醒,與高職學校一、二級行政主管及教師代表舉行座談,確認學校管理理論的框架及前提假定,並以問卷調查獲取729位高職學校人員的意見並驗證因果假設,最後以專家審議的方式確認學校管理理論邏輯模式,重要研究結果包括:(1)學校管理理論分為七大要素,包括組織運作、會議、發展計畫、校務規章、圖儀設備、活動執行與推展、以及意見反應;(2)高職學校人員認同本研究發展的33項學校管理活動的因果關係;(3)學校管理理論包含一個理論框架、七項前提假定及一個邏輯模式圖;(4)高職學校管理邏輯模式圖以目標族群及情況、活動項目、活動內容、執行策略、短期成果及長期成果等六項因果關係聯結的方式來呈現。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims to using logic model to construct the school management theory for vocational school. The research method that we adopted including: literature review, round table discussion, questionnaire, and interview. Finally, we obtain four important results: (1)The factors of school management activations including organization, meeting, developing plan, by-low, equipment, actions implementation, and opinion reaction. (2)The 33 cause-effect items of school management activation were identified by 729 vocational school staff. (3)The elements of school management theory include one theory frame, seven assumptions, and one logic model. (4)There are six elements in the logic model of school management theory, including: target and situations, activations items, activation content, implementation strategies, short-term outcomes, and long-term outcomes. |
