中文摘要 | ADHD兒童在臨床行為表現上,有動作平衡與協調方面的問題,為了將目前傳統的職能治療作延伸,因此藉由市售工具—wii來探討其是否能促進ADHD兒童的動作協調表現,產生輔助療效。研究以設計過的Wii訓練活動方案進行為期十六次的動作姿勢協調平衡訓練。以標準化評估工具對個案進行能力前後測。並分析個案的表現與訓練成果。個案在BOTMP-2整體評量的標準分數(standard score)從31提升到96,百分等級(Percentile Rank)從31提升到96。MABC整體評量的標準分數由10提升到18,百分等級由50提升到99.5。SP-C的九個因素分數中,尋求感覺刺激由障礙功能表現提升到邊緣功能表現。感覺敏感從障礙功能表現提升到正常功能表現。個案在訓練後,動作之協調平衡能力有提升的趨勢,顯示Wii對改善ADHD兒童動作協調平衡能力是個有效的介入方式,可延伸成為居家的輔助訓練方式。 |
英文摘要 | ADHD children in clinical behavior , there is movement balance and co-ordination problems , in order to make the current extension of traditional occupational therapy , so -wii by a commercially available tool to investigate whether it can facilitate the performance of ADHD children's motor coordination , resulting in secondary effect. Study designed the Wii training program of activities for a sixth of postures coordination and balance training . Standardized assessment tools for capacity measured before and after the case . And analyze the performance and results of the training cases . Case in BOTMP-2 overall assessment of the standard score (standard score) improved from 31 to 96 , percentile rank (Percentile Rank) improved from 31 to 96 . MABC overall assessment of the standard score improved from 10 to 18 , percentile rank raised to 99.5 from 50 . SP-C scores of nine factors , seek sensory stimulation to enhance performance by the barrier function to the edge of functional performance . Feeling sensitive functional performance upgrade from the obstacle to the normal functional performance . Case after training , action to enhance the ability of coordination and balance , which showed improvement in ADHD children on the Wii balance motor coordination is an effective intervention , can be extended to become a secondary home training. |
