中文摘要 | 新課程改革實施至今,我們一直忽視或不敢面對一個事實,即一股新興的市場力量—以各類出版社為代表的知識工業集團在新課程改革的發展歷程中扮演著極其重要的角色。本文選取教材市場的變革為主要切入點,從相關政策的提出著手,藉由搜集與分析大量的事實和資料,闡述新課程改革背景下教材市場的總體發展勢態和競爭格局,並在此基礎上分出版商、發行商以及政府三大利益集團在教材市場競爭中的博弈過程。作者認為以出版社為代表的知識工業集團推動並影響了新課程改革的發展。尤其是在市場制度不健全,法制規範缺失的情況下,唯經濟利益是圖的市場競爭同時也為新課程改革的進一步發展埋下不容忽視的隱憂。 |
英文摘要 | Ever since the curriculum reform was carried into execution, there has always been a fact which we neglected or denied to face, that is the knowledge industry groups represented by publishing companies have played extremely important roles in the development of new curriculum reform. This research selects the transform of textbook markets as the representative of market power. By analyzing relevant policies, the holistic development and structure of textbook markets and competitions of different interest groups which includes bookmen, publishing companies and governments, the author demonstrates that the knowledge industry group not only advance but also influence the development of new curriculum reform in China. The author also points out that is distempered market and legal system, too much emphasis on economic interest may lead the reform the wrong way. |
