中文摘要 | 真空滲碳(Vaccum Carburizing)又稱作低壓滲碳(Low Pressure Carburizing),由於作業環境佳、節省能源,二氧化碳排放量低,品質與再現性均優於傳統的控制氣氛式滲碳熱處理,近十年來已逐漸受到歐、美、日等國家的汽車工業、精密機械及航太工業的青睞與採用。鑽全公司於2002年首先引進第一臺真空滲碳爐,次年又增購第二臺,率先開啟了臺灣地區真空滲碳技術的新頁。以下謹就5年多來的操作經驗,與讀者分享真空滲碳技術的原理、特點及其應用。 |
英文摘要 | Vacuum carburizing is the carburizing process under lower pressure which has the advantages of excellent operation environment、energy saving、lower CO2 emission、stability and reproduction of the quality of the parts and has been broadly applied on the automotive mdustry、precision machinery industry and aerospace industry in EURO countries、USA and Japan over the past decade. In 2002, Basso Industry Corp. installed the first set of vacuum carburizing furnace and continuously purchased the second set of vacuum carburizing furnace purchased the second set of vacuum carburizing furnace later in 2003 and initiated the new frontier for the vacuum carburizing technology in Taiwan area. This paper will share with the readers about the principle、characteristics and applications of the vacuum carburizing technology based on our five years operation experiences. |
