中文摘要 | 真空熱處理(Vacuum Heat Treatment)是目前臺灣熱處理的主要技術,應用對象涵蓋了模具、刀具、工具、零件…等之退火、硬化、固溶與時效、硬銲等製程。有別於早期的鹽浴爐與氣氛爐,真空熱處理是在抽除空氣後,讓被處理物在氮氣的保護下進行升溫與持溫,然後採用高壓氣淬或油冷方式急速冷卻,達到麻田散鐵化的目的,因此被處理物的表面具有金屬光澤。由於作業環境佳、品質的再現性穩定與被處理的色澤優良,因此已成為刀、工、模具的主要處理方式;由於真空熱處理的應用領域相當廣範,無法逐一詳述,本文謹就模具類的應用領域,說明真空熱處理的特點、應用範圍與生產上常遭遇的問題點。 |
英文摘要 | Vacuum heat treatment has become the main technology applied in the heat treatment industries in Taiwan now. The application fields of vacuum heat treatment including the annealing、hardening、solution、aging and brazing processes of the molds(dies)、tools、cutting tools、machine parts…etc..Vacuum heat treatment process is different from the salt-bath and atmospheric furnace technologies. After pumping out of the air, the treated parts are heated up and soaked N2 protective atmosphere, then rapid cooling by high pressure gas or immerse in oil to transfer the parts to martensitic structure and show the brightness of the surface of the parts. Vacuum heat treatment has the advantages of better operation atmosphere, stable and reproducible of the quality of the parts and the excellent bright color of the treated parts and has become the major treatment technology for tools and molds(dies). This paper will focus on the application of vacuum heat treatment of the molds (dies) and describe the advantages, major application fields and the problems encountered in the manufacturing process. |
