中文摘要 | 臺灣桃園機場捷運線 CA450A標潛盾隧道路段從忠孝橋三重側至捷運松山線北門站 (G14)之西側止長約 1580m。因其穿越淡水河河床、兩側堤防及環快高架橋基礎,除了線 形考量河床沖刷、基樁衝突托底等相關問題外,尚有隧道逃生安全及維修需求所必要設置之 連絡通道。回顧過去台北捷運皆採用傳統單孔雙圓潛盾隧道,迄目前為止,尚未有於淡水河 河床下方開挖連絡通道之施工案例,主要之原因為其施工困難度及風險極高。經定性及定量 評估比較傳統單圓及雙孔潛盾隧道(DOT)之優劣得失,而考量引進雙孔潛盾隧道。由於其是 二連型蠶繭型斷面,可直接設置連通門,而免除若採傳統單圓雙孔潛盾工法之條件下,在淡 水河下方設置連絡通道之施工風險。 雙孔潛盾隧道(DOT)於1981年由日本開始開發,1988年證實實驗,1991年完成首件工 程,至今在日本及中國上海已完成18 件工程實績,其中有16件運用於地下鐵工程,最小覆 土厚度4m,最小曲率半徑Rmin=102m,最大坡度達5.9%,施工廠商超過25家,潛盾機製造 商有3 家,技術上已是一相當成熟之潛盾工法。捷運局在提升與促進國內潛盾隧道技術之理 念下,引進此一新工法,對後續路網無論在穿越河床或有用地不足等問題時,增加工法之選 擇與信心。 |
英文摘要 | The bored tunnel section (contract CA450A) of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Access MRT Project is approximately 1,580 meters in length, beginning from Zhongxiao Bridge in Sanchong City to North Gate Station (G14) of Taipei MRT Songshan Line. The route runs under the Danshui River crossing the river dikes and the foundations of Zhongxiao Bridge. Due to safety concerns regarding passengers' evacuation from the tunnel and maintenance needs, cross passages are to be installed. Due to construction difficulties and high risk, no such cross passage construction has been carried out in tunnels under the Danshui River before. After comparison with the traditional twin tubes tunneling method, Double-O-Tube (DOT) shield tunneling was considered to be adopted for the construction. DOT shield tunnel construction was first developed in Japan in 1981, and demonstrated in 1988. The first DOT project was completed in Japan in 1991. Up to now, 18 successful construction cases have been achieved in Japan and Shanghai, China. Among them, 16 cases were implemented in subway construction. According to the existing technical data: min. overburden 4 meters, min. radius 102 meters, max slope up to 5.9%, over 25 experienced construction companies and three DOT shield machine manufacturers, DOT tunneling is now a mature shield tunneling method. The application of DOT tunneling by the Department of Rapid Transit Systems of Taipei City Government will not only meet the requirement of promoting shield tunneling techniques, but also provide an alternative for the construction of future MRT routes. |
