英文摘要 | The excavation depths of the two work shafts on both ends of the shield tunnel section (contract CK240 of section contract CK570C) are 34 m and 42 m respectively. The two work shafts, located near the west side of Daqiao Elementary School Station and east of a turnout structure, are close to the east and west banks of the Danshui River. Due to the construction risks caused by high underground water pressure, and in consideration of geological conditions, site environment and construction risks, DORTS’ detail design consultant Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Ltd adopted the Freezing Method in tunnel excavation through mirror-face excavation as a supplementary method of ground treatment. This article mainly introduces the planning, various parameters during construction, and the construction results of the Freezing Method being applied to the construction on Daqiao Elementary School Station's up-track tunnel, with a hope to serve as a reference for the design and construction of similar projects. |
