中文摘要 | 台灣地區處於亞熱帶,空調設備的需求相當殷切,空調機使用耗電量逐年增加,台灣目前生產的空調設備皆以定頻式爲主,然而日本所生產的空調機目前則有85%以上的中小型空調機爲直流變頻空調機。與傳統定頻空調機比較,變頻空調機具有提高舒適性、省電,並能依負載條件而做最適當運轉等優點。由於2006年的測試結果顯示變頻空調機可藉著修改控制策略來改進效率,爲了要了解市售國產的變頻空調機操作效能因此本次研究採用市售三台變頻分離式空調機(A機、B機、C機)進行室內溫度的舒適性、暫態電功率以及累積耗電量的測試來了解其控制策略和耗電量,並且和工研院測試機來進行測試,並藉由實驗過程中所得到的測試結果隨時修改其控制策略而達到節省能源的目的。 2007年結果顯示,A機與C機的耗電率都比測試機低,B機在室溫控制波動幅度很高,而且容易受到室外溫度的影響;C機溫度控制比A、B機好。A機與C機的關鍵元件由國外製造,而B機多數是台灣製造,那麼未來台灣變頻冷氣工業要製造出高性能冷氣機,除了改進控制策略外也需要在元件設計/製造上多多努力。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan is located in tropical zone. The air-conditioning systems are very needed for comfortable living. The total electrical power consumed for air-conditioners utilized in Taiwan is greatly increased in years. Currently, most of the air-conditioners produced from Taiwan industry are constant-speed-driven. However, more than 85% of the air-conditioners produced from Japan industry are variable-speed-driven. The variable-speed air conditioning systems can automatically adjust the speed of the compressor according to the room temperature and heat load conditions, and hence greatly improve system performance and energy efficiency. Our 2006 test results indicated that the efficiency of the variable-speed air conditioners can be improved by adjusting the control policy. For knowing the performance of the variable-speed air conditioners selling in Taiwan, the comparison tests between the ITRI AC and three Taiwan made variable speed air-conditioners called A, B and C are conducted in 2007. A and C consume less electrical energy than the ITRI AC. The room temperature fluctuation of B is higher. Also its room temperature is affected by the outdoor temperature. The temperature control of C is better than A and B. Since the key elements of A and C are made by other countries, and most of the key elements of B are made in Taiwan, the obtained results indicates that Taiwan AC industrial needs to work hard for improving the control policy and the key element design for the variable speed air-conditioners made to achieve higher performance in the future. |
