中文摘要 | 公務部門在這個強調效率效能與工作能力多元化的時代,各官等的公務人員為公務推動的中堅領導者或執行者,除具專業的能力外,更要有健康心態及持續改進其管理執行能力,以因應內外環境的挑戰。各晉升官等訓練提供此等能力需求與升遷的管道。職此知識經濟時代所倡導的是知識的有效運用與創新的思想,此兩者均有賴個人能力的提昇,因此訓練課程是否幫助能力的提昇,就是問題所在。能力是一種抽象性概念,而訓練課程是一種實務上的運作,如何讓抽象的能力與實務的訓練兩者互相結合,得出一套訓練與能力相互整合的新訓練課程內容,是本研究所要進行分析與探究的,並期獲得可行性建議,俾對各晉升官等訓練課程提供改進的途徑。 |
英文摘要 | Training is extremely important in an organization internal extraction process because its purpose is to help civil servants improve their capacities to contribute to organizational effectiveness promotion training has carried out 8 years. There were total over 10,000 persons trained from commencement of the promotion training in 1999 to the end of 2007. The CSPTC has promotion-training curriculum for civil service. This study adopts documental research promotion training curriculum is always carried out by respective empoloying institution and aims to enhance the required know-how, creative thinking, teambuilding, Leaderships policy evaluation, and work ethics. There are multiple dimensions to promotion training curriculum that must be understood and taken into account for promotion training program to succeed, no matter how well-planned and executed they may be from a technical standpoint, meanwhile, promotion training curriculum is future-oriented to improve the capacity of the civil servants to meet the future as well as their own individual development of needs promotion training conceptual techniques concurrently emphasize civil servant. Let us accept the challenges ahead and go on to create a new image. |
