英文摘要 | The power for driving electrical multiple unit (EMU) trains is provided by a conductor rail system installed alongside the running rail. The conductor rail system is characterized by the following advantages: easy fixing, painless maintenance, and non-negative impact on its surroundings. The conductor rail adopted by Taipei MRT is the safest "bottom contact" type. This article describes the principles of material selection, material specification, and material testing and verification using the Taipei MRT conductor rail system as an exemple. |
