英文摘要 | In a changing era, school leadership is often shaped by the response to what can be seen as inevitable challenges and crises. It is too hard and complex to be done easily. Crisis and wounding are simply part of the school leadership realm. All of them can be a potential catalyst for a leader to grow and also can enmesh a leader in crisis. It’s like a double-edges sword. So for educational reform success, we need to help school leaders to foster resiliency which they will need for success in personal and professional life. The purpose of this article is to discuss the meaning of resilience, introduce the importance of resilience for school leaders, and express some thoughts and strategies to help school leaders thinking and turning adversity into achievement. |
