中文摘要 | 於人工氣候室以日/夜溫35/30℃、30/25℃、25/20℃、20/15℃、15/13℃五種溫度及無溫控之塑膠棚簡易設施栽培無嵌紋病毒之綠竹高壓苗10個月,探討綠竹葉、枝桿、地下莖及根部等各部位主要營養元素之濃度及分配特性。結果顯示,竹株氮、磷、鉀三種營養元素濃度之排序均以鮮葉最高,其次依序為枝桿、地下莖、根及落葉。鮮葉中氮素濃度為21.2-28.9 mg•g^(-1),磷濃度1.1-1.5 mg•g^(-1),鉀濃度19.9-22.5 mg•g^(-1)。與鮮葉相比,落葉中鈣、鎂濃度高,而氮、鉀濃度低。鮮葉之鈣濃度為7.1-8.4 mg•g^(-1),鎂濃度3.5-5.2 mg•g^(-1)。以營養元素濃度排序,在鮮葉中氮>鉀>鈣>鎂>磷;在枝桿、地下莖及根部則為鉀>氮>鈣>鎂>磷;在落葉為鈣>氮>鎂>鉀>磷。新鮮葉片中氮之濃度與葉綠素計讀值之間呈顯著直線正相關(R2N=0.85, P<0.01)。鮮葉中之磷、鉀、鈣及鎂等元素濃度與竹株出筍數之關係均呈顯著直線正相關,但氮元素濃度與出筍數則呈顯著線性負相關。 |
英文摘要 | The temperature effect on the contents and distribution of macro-nutrients in leaf, branch & culm, rhizome and root of green bamboo (Bambusa oldhamii Munro) were studied. Mosaic virus-free green bamboo layers were grown under six temperature treatments for ten months. The treatments included five day/night temperatures, i.e. 35/30℃, 30/25℃, 25/20℃, 20/15℃ and 15/13℃ in the phytotron and one at a plastic tunnel in the field as control. The results showed that the fresh-leaf had the highest concentrations of N, P and K elements, followed by branch & culm, rhizome, root and litter-leaf in decreasing order. The N, P and K concentrations in fresh leaf were 21.2-28.9 mg•g^(-1), 1.1-1.6 mg•g^(-1), and 19.9-22.5 mg•g^(-1), respectively. The litter-leaf had very high concentrations of Ca and Mg, but low amount of N and K as compared to the fresh leaves, branch & culm, rhizome and root. The Ca concentration in fresh leaf was 7.1-8.4 mg•g^(-1) and Mg content was 3.5-5.2 mg•g^(-1). The concentrations of macro-nutrients were in the order of N>K>Ca>Mg>P in fresh-leaf, K>N>Ca>Mg>P in branch & culm, rhizome and root, and Ca>N>Mg>K>P in litter-leaf. The N concentrations in fresh-leaf and SPAD values had a significant linear relationship(R2 N=0.85, P<0.01). Significant linear correlations also existed between the leaf concentrations of P, K, Ca, Mg respectively and the number of shooting. An inverse relationship was found between the concentration of N in fresh-leaf and the number of shooting. |
