中文摘要 | 本研究目的是探討青少年不同年級、性別、運動表現在運動中流暢經驗感受上的差異性,以1197名國中男女學生為受試者,先實施6.6公里之越野賽跑,並於賽後填寫基本資料及流暢狀態量表(Flow State Scale,簡稱FSS)。相關資料經二因子獨立樣本變異數分析(Two-way ANOVAs),結果顯示:不同年級之性別在專注與回饋、喪失自我的意識、時間感的改變、自成性經驗及總流暢經驗上有顯著差異;不同年級之運動表現在專注與回饋、喪失自我的意識、自成性經驗及總流暢經驗上有顯著差異;不同年級部分以一年級在流暢經驗上有較佳的感受;不同性別部分以男生在運動中較能感受到較佳的流暢經驗;不同運動表現部分以技能表現愈好在運動中愈能感受到較佳的流暢經驗。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference on flow in sports between different grade, gender, and skill performance on teenagers. 1197 students in junior high school were served as subjects. Each subject filled out demographic data and FSS (Flow State Scale) after 6.6 km running. Two-way ANOVAs with Scheffè posterior comparison method was applied to analyze the collected data. The result showed: (1) Gender in different grade made a significant difference on concentration and feedback, loss of self-consciousness, transformation of time, autotelic experience and total flow experience. (2) Skill performance in different grade made a significant difference on concentration and feedback, loss of self-consciousness, autotelic experience and total flow experience. (3) As for different grade, first graders had higher scores on flow experience. (4) As for different genders, male had higher scores on flow experience. (5) As for different skill performance, higher skill performancem had higher scores on flow experience. |
