中文摘要 | 情報與決策存在著高度的密切關係,故世界著名《孫子兵法》一書中特別強調“知”是所有決策好壞的一切基礎,而“知”正是決策者對情報信息掌握與理解的一種呈現。為了進一步探討情報與決策的關係,從自、依變項概念建構出情報決策的「象限理論」。並從不同的象限區域來分析情報信息X值(新接收情報信息的量與質)、決策者個人的a值(先驗情報信息認知)與b值(決策者對新情報信息接受,其認知面向成長的系數)三者的關係結構與決策產出的相關性。 而本文從情報決策「象限理論」中,可以得知一個優質決策產出必須符合內、外環境的條件與程序,此情報決策流程新思維,雖不能百分之百保證優質決策的產出,但卻可避免情報與決策障礙的產生而不致偏離主要目標。此即是本文情報決策「象限理論」初探意義之所在。 |
英文摘要 | The intelligence with decision-making have close relation, especially in“The Art of War by Sun-tzu”. The Sun-tzu thinks “cognition”is all foundations for decision-making, and “cognition”knows and understands by intelligence. In order to probe into the relation between intelligence and decision-making, this article tries to combine the concepts of information, cognition and decision. In order to strengthen decision theories, this article has constructs The Quadrangular Theory of Intelligence-Decision. Text has also analyzed the relationship between “intelligence”、“cognition of priori” and “coefficient that cognition grows up”and decision output. From The Quadrangular Theory of Intelligence-Decision, the first quadrant is better decision output than the others. The Quadrangular Theory of Intelligence-Decision will help to understand and accelerate the quality and efficaciously decision output and output the high-quality decision. |
