中文摘要 | 隨著生活物質之富裕,國人的生活與飲食習慣也隨之改變,慢性病患逐年增加,所謂的新陳代謝症候群(Metabolic syndrome)也有漸增之趨勢,而成為現代文明病之一。Metabolic syndrome 是心血管疾病許多危險因素出現的病前狀態,是指一個人身上同時表現肥胖、血壓、血脂、血糖偏高的特徵,可能是遺傳或環境影響,使身體產生胰島素阻抗(insulin resistance)而造成一連串的生理異常(Reaven, 1988)。2006年一項針對全國成人(廿九至七十九歲)的統計發現,國人新陳代謝症候群盛行率為16.4%(男性每五人即有一位罹患;女性每八人即有一位罹患)。Metabolic syndrome的發生,與現代人生活型態不正常習習相關,包括不正確的飲食、缺乏規律運動、異常肥胖(尤其是中廣型身材、腹部肥胖)等(Sachiko and Narisawa 等人,2008;Undurti, 2005)。本文將深入探討Metabolic syndrome所衍生的肥胖、糖尿病和高血壓三者的群聚存在,及其相互作用導致心血管疾病致病率驟升的現象,及藉由運動的介入對此症候群之影響,期盼能符合目前推廣預防Metabolic syndrome的精神。 |
英文摘要 | Because the habit of diet and lifestyle change along with the more abundant life, the ratio of chronic disease growing every years. The metabolic syndrome tends to become a kind of diseases of civilization. Metabolic syndrome which means human body shown the characteristic of higher level obesity, blood pressure, blood lipid and blood sugar at the same time. It is a group of risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease and it could generate human disorder with insulin resistance and a serial physical abnormal which might be affected by genetic or environment factors. According to a national adult statistics data in 2006 appear the prevalence of metabolic syndrome up to 16.4% (0ne of every five male; 0ne of every eight female). Metabolic syndrome is associated with abnormal lifestyle including inappropriate diet, absence of regular exercise and irregular obesity, especially android figure and abdominal adiposity etc al. In this article, we were investigated deeply about the grouping and interaction between obesity, diabetes mellitus and high blood pressure which derived from metabolic syndrome might be cause the growing of cardiovascular disease. Further more we would like to popularize to against metabolic syndrome by introduced the beneficial effect of exercises. |
