中文摘要 | 場鑄鋼筋混凝土建築物施工特性屬垂直製程,施工進度主要決定於結構體梁版之進度。卜作嵐混凝土強度發展受穆用率、水膠比、溫度及齡期等參數之影響,採用普通混凝土拆模時間規定或僅憑施工者之經驗,易危及結構物之安全性。本文針對穆用水淬高爐石粉及F級飛灰,以常用等級混凝土為對象,綜合摻用率、水膠比、氣溫及齡期等參數,探討以成熟度作為鋼筋混凝土建築物規劃拆模時間之適用性。並分析使用再撐、延長拆模時間、減少摻用率及降低水膠比(提高混凝土等級)等策略之效能。 由研究結果顯示,成熟度能有效整合各變數,作為施工規劃實用性高。高摻用率者以使用再撐、減少在摻用率及降低水膠比等策略,對於縮短建築物拆模時間成效較顯著;而延長拆模時間與使用再撐,則對低摻用率者其較高效益。 |
英文摘要 | The construction character for reinforced concrete building is vertical process, and its percentage of schedule process is mainly determined by beam and slab The parameter of strength development in Pozzolan concrete is influenced by dosage, water-binder ratio, temperature and age. However, if apply the same rule on removal times of formwork in plain concrete to Pozzolan concrete or depend on the constructor's experience, it will easily endanger the structure. This article will focus on water-quenched blast furnace powder and F grade fly ash to mix several common used levels of concrete by using different parameters such as synthesis dosage, water-binder ratio, temperature and age to explore the applicability of maturity in planning removal time for reinforced concrete building. Furthermore, this article will also analyze the efficiency in removal strategy of formwork by using reshores, delaying formwork removal, reducing dosage and reducing water-binder ratio (enhances concrete grade). The results confirm that maturity can effectively integrate various variables, and highly applicable in construction plan. The reduction in removal time is obvious in high dosage group if choose the strategy of using reshores, reducing dosage and reducing water-binder ratio (enhances concrete grade). However, in low dosage group, choosing delay removal formwork or using reshores can get higher efficiency. |
