中文摘要 | 離子液體係由離子組成之物質,在低溫下(<100℃)以液體狀態存在,由於離子液體沒有蒸氣壓,有利於利用蒸餾方法來分離產物,而不會產生一般反應溶液與產物形成的所謂共沸現象。 本研究係利用離子液體,將在水相或有機相將中合成之奈米鈀粒子萃取出,並將此含奈米鈀之離子液體塗佈於氣化鋁等擔體上,即得負載型離子液體奈米鈀觸媒 (Supported Ionic Liquid Nano-Pd Catalyst)。此種觸媒可以有效地進行裂解汽油中異戊二烯(Isopren)之選擇性氫化反應,生成3-甲基-1-丁烯(3MlB)、2-甲基-l-丁烯(ZMIB)及2-甲基-2-丁烯(ZMZB),活性與選擇性皆可達近乎100%,後二者產物即為三級異戊烯(Isoamylene),可與甲醇反應生成甲基第三丁基醚(TAME),此即為無鉛汽油添加劑。其中離子液體、奈米鈀金屬及擔體皆有其功能,三者之組合才能達到良好之效果,同時,在合成奈米鈀過程中,必須使用穩定劑以避免奈米鈀金屬之聚集(Aggregation)此觸媒系統之另一優點為不需先加氫還原處理,耐水性強且可重覆使用,是一種頗具潛力之選擇性氫化觸媒。 |
英文摘要 | An ionic liquid is a liquid that consists only of ions and already in liquid state at low temperature (<100℃). Ionic liquids have no measurable vapor pressure. This is a great advantage for the separation of the products by distillation without any azeotropic formation. The catalysts used in this paper are prepared by coating the ionic liquids containing nano-Pd particles onto the support, where the nano-Pd particles could be extracted from aqueous or organic phase. The catalysts could be used for the selective hydrogenation of isoprene to produce 3-methyl-1-butene (3M1B), 2-methyl-1-butene (2M1B) and 2-methyl-2-butene (2M2B) in 100% of conversion and high selectivity, where 2M2B and 2M1B are the reactive feeds of TAME process. The best catalytic activity and selectivity could be found in the prepared catalyst system with the optimum combination of the ionic liquid, nano-Pd, and support. The stabilizer is also used to prevent the aggregation of nano-Pd particles. One of the advantages of this approach is that the prereduction of catalyst is not required. |
