| 中文摘要 | 本研究為初探性研究,旨在分析目睹婚暴兒童在治療中的遊戲主題之改變歷程。本研究以6歲女童與10歲男童兩位目睹兒為研究對象,透過發現式取向之研究方法,以樣版式分析風格進行資料分析。研究者兼遊戲治療者,分別對兩位兒童進行20次的非指導取向遊戲治療,過程以錄影錄音方式來蒐集資料,謄寫逐字稿,邀請兩位協同者共同進行分析。研究發現如下: 一、女童在治療中的遊戲主題改變歷程分為四個階段,依序為浮現内在需求、建構安全前期、建構安全後期、以及創造階段。 二、男童在治療中的遊戲主題改變歷程為浮現内在、試探安全、創傷遊戲與試探關係之循環前期、及後期,共四階段。 三、男女童的遊戲主題改變歷程不盡相同。初始相同的是,在歷程開端以浮現重要主題來表達内在需求,接著進入試探關係,花較多時間投入在特定重複的主題上。試探關係後,女童朝線性發展,從建構安全階段進展至創造階段;男童則進入到循環模式,在創傷遊戲與試探關係間相互循環。 |
| 英文摘要 | The preliminary study aimed at describing change process of play themes in the play for children exposed to parental violence, and Two children, a girl aged 6 and a boy aged 10 years, were observed and treated in the twenty sections of the therapy by the researcher, based on the Discovery-oriented method. The process of the play therapy was video-recorded and translated verbatim. All the transcripts were analyzed using the method to Template Analysis Style by the research and the other two peer researchers of this study. The findings were as follows: 1. The change process of the girl's play themes included four stages, which were the Inner needs appeared, the Safety established in an earlier period, the Safety established in a later period, and the Creative period. 2. The change process of the boy's play themes included four stages, which were the Inner experience appeared, the Safety testing, the Circle of post-traumatic play with relationship testing earlier period, and the Circle of post-traumatic play with relationship testing later period. 3. Though the change processes of play themes of these two children were different, there were some similarities in the beginning of the process. They both showed important play themes to express their inner needs as soon as the therapy started, frequently testing behaviors followed in order to explore safety, then they started to repeat specific play themes. It was an important discovery of this research that the process of the girl appeared to be linear pattern, which was from safety established to creative stages; while that of the boy showed a post-traumatic circle with relationship testing. In this report the researcher proposed implications for further study based on the findings of the research. Furthermore, the limitations and strength of the study were also discussed. |
