中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討護生對SARS病患之照護知識、態度及意願,採結構式問卷調查法,結果發現對SARS病患照護知識答對率為74.6%:資訊來源來自政府機關綱站(t =5.048,p<0.05)或資訊來源來自衛教手冊及單張(t=4.330,p<0.05)的護生,整體知識得分比較高;在態度上,對照護SARS病患的心理壓力為中等程度(68.42%),對工作倫理與責任感的程度(78.26%)也屬中上程度;此外,有接受過醫院在職教育者(t=6.074,p<0.05)、有醫院臨床經驗者(t=4.177,p<0.05) ,對護理工作倫理與責任感的態度正向;在照顧意願上,與個人心理壓力呈負相關(r=-0.402,p<0.00l)、與工作倫理及責任感呈現正相關心(r==0.395,p<0.001)。在照顧意願重要預測上,工作倫理與責任感、心理壓力是護生對SARS病患照顧意願的重要預測因子,可解釋28.4%的總變異數。因此本研究結果顯示,倘若在SARS疾病發生時,能降低護生的心理壓力、提高其對工作倫理與責任感,將可提升護生對SARS病患之照顧意願。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to probe into the correlation within nurse students' knowledge, attitudes, and willingness on caring for patients with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The method is a structure questionnaire. The results reveal that 74.6% of students answered correctly to questions on caring for SARS patients. The nurse students who got information from the government websites (t=5.048, p<0.05), SARS booklets or leaflets (t=4.330, p<0.05) had higher level of perception on understanding SARS than the students who did not have the resources. As to attitudes, the results also indicated that the students were moderately stressed in caring for patients (68.42%), and the nursing ethics and responsibility were moderate level (78.26%). Besides, the students who had attended inservice education (t=6.074, p<0.05) or had clinical experience (t=4.177, p<0.05) in hospital had positive attitudes on nursing ethics and responsibility, compared with the students who did not have. However, the willingness of caring SARS patients was negatively and significant1y correlated with stress (r=-0.402, p<0.001), positively and significantly corrected with ethics and responsibility (r=0.395, p<0.001). To analyze the predicting factors on the willingness of nursing students to care for SARS patients, the nursing ethics, responsibility, and psychological stress were important factors, and this explained the total variance of 28.4%. This study suggests that decreasing the levels of stress and increasing the levels of ethics and responsibility may increase students' willingness to care for SARS patients. |
