中文摘要 | 隨著外籍配偶的逐漸增加,台灣近年來除了族群問題的多元化呈現外,也開始面臨新台灣之子的就學與教育問題。新台灣之子對教育─「學校」系統的衝擊,不僅只是一個新的族群的教育觀點,它包含的意義更廣於─貧窮、弱勢、多元文化及公平與正義等過去教育所關心的議題,而是讓舊有的教育焦點重新洗牌,並獲得更深的反省視野。本文企圖重新檢視幼兒教育現場中各種「已然」而呈「必然」的現象,從女性主義觀點,探討幼教師如何面對多元社會不同族群的文化理解,以及提供新台灣之子在學習與教育資源的支持系統,並連結被忽略的「家庭-學校」的微生態系統,目的不只在於解決教育問題,而是在增進幼教師對人關懷與網絡式的多元知能與策略。本研究探討的層面包括:幼教師的反省、專業教育發展、親師關係及教學法等。最後本研究提出三點啟示:(一) 女性主義的教育學在幼兒教育領域上,提供幼教師從權威、尊重差異與發聲的角度,處理多元文化的重要課題。(二) 從關懷倫理學取向的全人教育實踐,對教育中處於弱勢地位者的關懷,及發揮需求的關懷創意等,突顯從女性道德與網絡式的幼教女性化關懷特質,並且從女性的議題探討女性與照顧的相對必然性。(三) 幼教師是幼兒所接觸的「他者」的重要概念與啟蒙,是一種在情境脈絡中的創造實踐,對於新台灣之子的教育具重要關鍵。 |
英文摘要 | Excepting of the up-coming problem for diversities of culture, we are facing the school and education problems of new generations following the increasing of foreign spouses for these years. That the impact of new generations on education-the "school system", not only the view of new generation, is more than the meaning- poverty, minority, multi-culture, and the justice and equality. It gives the opportunity of renew the issues of them and provides the much more deeply reflectiveness of teachers. The purpose of this article attempts to investigate the phonology in the field of young children education from the perspective of feminism, to discuss that how the teachers aware the understanding of multi-group and what they provide the systems of resources and support, and, to link between family-school subtle-ecosystem. It is not only to solve problems, but also to increase the abilities of caring and coping strategies in teachings. Regarding the study, the implications are as followings : (1) it provides different views to deal with multi-culture issues from the perspective of feminism ,(2) it pays much more attention to personality of caring by the practice of caring ethics for young children teachers, and (3) young children teachers are the beginners of concept of important others to practice in context. |
