中文摘要 | 本研究昌在探討中部大專院校學校行政人員工作壓力與組織承諾關係之研究。透過「學校行政人員工作壓力與組織承諾調查問卷」針對336位行政人員進行問卷調查,其研究結論為:1. 國內中部大專院校行政人員以工作壓力最大,其次為「人際關係、」、「專業知能」,對於「教育訓練」、「專業認同」承諾最明顯。2. 國內中部大專院校行政人員之婚姻狀況、學校類型、職務、與進修狀況在工作壓力與組織承諾上,部分有顯著的差異。3. 學校行政人員之工作壓力與組織承諾大部分有顯著負相關。4.學校行政人員工作壓力對組織承諾有顯著預測力。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between working stress and organization commitment of administrative staff in colleges of Central Taiwan. Through questionnaire survey of "Collegiate Administrative Staff's Questionnaire on the Working Stress and Organization Commitment" on 336 administrative staff: we propose the following conclusion: 1. The most troublesome factor that persists in the administrative staff of colleges of Central Taiwan is from working stress which is followed by factors that result from personal relationship and professional knowledge. The staff members are most willing in taking the commitment on educational training and professional recognition; 2. Profound difference exists on staff member's working stress and organization commitment in terms of their marital status, types of school and work, as well as their advanced studies; 3. Negative correspondence exists in school administrative staff between their working stress and organization commitment; 4. Staff members who have high degree of organization commitment tend to have predicable working stress for progressive institution. |
