中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討護理人員以在職方式進修大學學位時,影響其學習之主要因素為何?透過問卷調查方式了解在台灣東部及西部同時均設有班別之東部某技術學院為對象,問卷應施測對象計有282份,回收有效227份,回收率80.50%。以描述性統計、百分比排序及變異數分析等統計方法分析,獲致結果如下: 一、工作職場七項影響護理在職進修人員之學習因素中,與工作直接相關之工作負荷壓力因素影響最高;超時工作及輪班、排班等二因素為次;單位內同仁相處關係及上班地點等因素影響最低。 二、個人情境六項影響護理在職進修人員之學習因素中,身體健康情形因素影響最高;其次為家人支持度及照顧子女、父母或其他親人等二項因素;同儕相處及人際關係因素影響最低。 三、在個人情境因素中之婚姻狀況對進修影響程度,具有顯著性差異,已婚者明顯高於未婚者。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the major factors affecting the learning of the registered nurse in BSN program. Data were collected by questionnaires from the students of College of Technology , campus located in both eastern and western of . Two hundred and eighty-two questionnaires were handed out; two hundred and twenty-seven were collected. The rate of return was 80.50%. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, percentage rank, and analysis of variance. Results are: A. Among seven job relating factors, working load had the highest affection to the learning of the registered nurse in BSN program. Overtime work and working in shifts were the next. Personal relation between colleagues and working location were the third. B. Among six personal situation factors, health conditions had the highest influence on the learning of the registered nurse in BSN program. The support of their family and taking care of their family member were the next. Personal relation between coworkers was the third. C. Marriage status had a significantly higher influence on the learning of married students of the registered nurse in BSN program than single ones. |
