中文摘要 | 目前常用的微齒輪系之研製皆利用半導體製程或LIGA,而本研究是應用快速成型法製作微齒輪式系,並使用商業用CFD分析模擬軟體-FLOW-3D,模擬此微齒輪式泵。目的在求出不同轉速下,微齒輪式泵內部之流場的情況、輸出流量與輸出壓力,並與實驗數據作比對驗證。微齒輪式系所量測之實驗數據與FLOW-3D模擬的結果趨勢相符,而其實驗量測之泵效率約為66%。 |
英文摘要 | In general, micro-gear pumps were produced by LIGA method. In this study, the pump was produced by the rapid prototyping (RP) method. In order to understand the velocity and pressure contours of the pump, the commercial computational fluid dynamics software, FLOW-3D, was employed. In the experiment, various rotation speeds were tested in the micro-gear pump. The simulation results showed good agreements with the results of the experiment. The efficiency of micro-gear pump manufactured by the RP process is 66% |
