中文摘要 | 本研究主要針對日語學習者在行使道歉發話行為時,與友人間的人際關係修復上,如 何展開其談話,以及該發話的表現形式在語用上是否適切,並援用禮貌理論準則,試述學 習者的運用策略傾向,同時藉由與日語母語話者談話資料的比較分析,質性探討學習者的 日語習得問題。 經由研究結果顯示,學習者在談話進行時,所採用的表現形式在語法上並無明顯的結 構性錯誤。然而,該表現形式的語言機能在語用上卻呈現其不適切性。另外,在道歉行為 策略行使上,話者(台灣日語學習者)傾向於積極性禮貌策略(Positive Politeness Strategy)和消 極性禮貌策略(Negative Politeness Strategy)的合併使用,以確保維護彼此的面子(Face)。此 點與日語母語話者呈現差異。 研究發現,在發話行為上,學習者與母語話者間仍存在差異。學習者在語用上不適切 的發話表現,源自於對於該語言機能及社會文化意識之認知不足所致。故,如何將基礎句 型的語用機能導入教學,將是日語教學上的一大課題。今後筆者亦將持續研究,深入探討 之。 |
英文摘要 | This research, with a focus on apology act, aims to explore from the perspectives of linguist forms and politeness strategy the JFL learners’ conversational problems and tendencies observed in the remedial work. With pragmatically improper expressions discussed, the research result is expected to offer useful insight into Japanese language education. Two major issues addressed in this research are as following: A. What are the major strategy and linguistic forms in remedial work? Is the form of expressing proper? B. How do the learners conduct remedial work while saving their faces at the same time? The research finds that several features are recognized in the expression forms. Grammar mistakes are not prominent in dialogues in general. However, pragmatic improperness and misunderstanding of linguist function are observed in conversations. Besides, it is found that the speaker tends to keep both his/her and the listener’s faces when apologizing. Similarities and differences in ending of apology are also observed between learners and native Japanese speakers. |
