中文摘要 | 隨著國內M型社會情況的日益加劇, 優勢族群與弱勢族群之間所能擁有教育資源 的落差亦日益擴大,為解決因教育資源分配 不均所產生教育機會不均等議題與促進社會 正義理想的達成,我國在公部門方面先後透 過2006年的〈攜手計畫-課後扶助計畫〉、 2008年的〈夜光天使點燈計畫計畫〉與2010 年的〈數位學伴線上課業服務計畫〉等政策 嘗試透過補救教學等方式弭平因文化、貧富 與城鄉因素所造成的資源落差;而私部門如 永齡希望小學等民間企業與基金會亦加入國 民中小學的課後學習輔導的行列,提出「窮 不能窮教育」與「讓學生帶希望回家」等訴 求,期許經由課後學習輔導的正向學習經 驗,讓弱勢學生轉「弱」為「強」。不過, 更值得注意的是由於「典型」的弱勢學生與 「典型」的課後學習輔導一直反覆在「主流 族群善意」下的持續運作,弱勢學生的真實 需求並未真正被重視,未能營造弱勢學童正 向的學習經驗,也往往造成課後學習輔導成 效不彰的批判。職是之故,本研究首先將釐 清弱勢學生與教育之間的關係,接著耙梳國 內外課後學習輔導之相關研究與實證結果, 再透過永齡希望小學中正教學研發中心的數 學補救教學實驗過程與成效評估,希望可以 提供國內未來進行弱勢學生與補救教學之可 行建議與政策參考。 |
英文摘要 | Along with the development of the M-shaped society in Taiwan, the divide between the advantaged group and the disadvantaged group is becoming wider and wider nowadays. In order to deal with the struggles among the equality of educational opportunities and social justice, the Taiwan government continues to implement a series of educational policies related to minority and disadvantaged students since the year of 1996. Moreover, many nonprofit foundations recently involve to the afterschool program for remedial teaching in order to help the disadvantaged students. However, most of the case, the "classical" disadvantaged students are treated in the "classical" afterschool program and remedial teaching, and ignore the "special needs" of the kids. To aim at the goals above, the principal investigator collect and analyze the interactions among disadvantaged student, remedial teaching, and afterschool program, and created an institute for disadvantaged students' learning in order to decrease the gap among the government patronage and students' special needs. The study is to do some reflections from the setup and approach of disadvantaged student learning and hope to provide some suggestions for advanced and future educational policies on disadvantaged students. |
