中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的在探討餵予大白鼠邊緣性低鋅、低銅之飲食時,不同的膳食纖維與人工合成多醣類,是否會對鋅、銅的吸收有所影響。將56隻剛離乳之雄性SD大白鼠隨機分為七組,分別為正常組(Normal, N)飲食與AIN-76相同;控制組(Control, C),攝取含5纖維素之低鋅、低銅飲食(Zn 10ppm,Cu 4ppm);其他五組各以關華豆膠(Guar Gum, GG),果膠(Pectin, P),阿拉伯膠(GumArabic, GA),聚糊精(Polydextrose, PD),果寡醣(Fructooligosaccharide, F)取代控制組中的纖維素飲食。於飼養第四週(I期)、第八週(II期)、第十二週(III期),各別進行三日平衡代謝實驗。結果顯示鋅、銅的吸收率頗為相似,皆以N組為最低。銅的吸收率則是F組於各期皆明顯高於C組。此外,鋅、銅吸收率有隨年齡增加而下降的趨勢,但鋅、銅的總吸收量則以N組明顯高於其他各組。因此,當飲食中鋅、銅含量偏低時,吸收率會增高,但鋅銅吸收總量仍較低,而不同種類的纖維對鋅、銅之吸收總量影響是類似的。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of various dietary fibers and artificial synthetic polysaccharides on Zn and Cu apparent absorptionin rats of marginal Zn-Cu nutritional status. Fifty six male weanling S.D. ratswere randomly divided into 7 groups. Each group was fed normal diet (N)which was the same as AIN-76 diet (30 ppm Zn, 6 ppm Cu; and 5 cellulose) and diets with 10 ppm Zn, 4 ppm Cu contained 5 of cellulose (C), guar gum (GG), pectin (P), gum arabic (GA), artificial synthetic polysaccharides polydextrose (PD) or fructooligosaccharides (F). Apparent absorption of Zn and Cu weremeasured at the 4th, 8th and 12th week of feeding period. Results indicatedthat the apparent absorption rate of Zn or Cu had similar trend in which Ngroup was the lowest. In comparing to the C group, the apparent absorptionrate of Cu was higher when the F diet was fed. Regardless of the fiber type,the apparent absorption rate of Zn and Cu declined as rats grew older. Thetotal amount of Zn and Cu absorbed in N group was significantly higher thanthose of other groups. Therefore, the absorption rate of Zn or Cu increasedwith the decreased level of dietary Zn or Cu. Total absorbed Zn or Cu waslower even animal fed lower dietary Zn or Cu in spite of the fiber source. |
