英文摘要 | The pusher reheating furnace has been used over thirty years in the No.1 bar mill. To obtain a better temperature uniformity of the hot billet and decrease the decarburization of the billet at the same time, a new walking beam reheating furnace with 130 tons/h was built to replace the 100 tons/h of heating capacity. Since the planned location was interfered with the original one, the new reheating furnace was temporarily installed at the southern side of the original reheating furnace. After completion of cold running and dry-out tests, we started to move this new reheating furnace 7.25 meters northward by air caster during the maintenance period. This engineering technology method can applied to nay project with difficulty in limited space and time to be completed. |
