中文摘要 | 鋼板場於民國77年將冷卻床改造成碟型輥轉動方式,以減少下表面於橫移時刮傷之情形,完工使用後確實達到預期效果,提升了美觀及品質。電控系統採用了日本安川電機之可程式控制器,及數位化之變頻器驅動交流馬達,在當時這些先進之數位化設備是鋼板場頭一次引進,它也確實讓維護人員見識到在平常點檢、程式修改、功能新增、及搶修除錯時之快速方便。經過了近20年之耗損,電子零件已不時出現不穩定狀態,95年之改造以維持原有輸入輸出界面電纜及原程序控制軟體不大改為原則,故仍以日本安川電機之升級型可程式控制器及變頻器為首選,新一代之產品大大加強了網路及自我偵錯功能,在導入人機界面之整合下,使整個電控系統更節合操作需求及維護檢修之便利性。本文將介紹新系統如何使用內外部網路整合硬體架構及資訊流,以達成優質改造之目標。 |
英文摘要 | To reduce the scratches of plate bottom surface during traversing, the cooling bed in plate mill was changed from chain push to disc roller in 1988. Evidently it improved the plate quality and shape as expected. The PLC and digitized Inverters for AC motors of electrical control system were supplied by Japan Yaskawa. Electronic components naturally to be of supply after 20 years. The philosophy of this revamping project is to keep the existing input/output cables unchanged and the sequence software modification minimized. Yaskawa’s upgrade version is fully compatible to the original software design. Being integrated with HMI system, the new network system and the self diagnostic functions have been remarkably enhanced, and the whole system has been more compact than ever in operation and maintenance fields. This paper introduces how the system utilizes internal and external network to coordinate hardware and data-flow to achieve the excellent goal. |
