中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在探討正向行為支持計畫對一名重度自閉症障礙少女干擾行為之處理成效,研究結果主要有三:(1)應用功能評量的方法,了解研究對象干擾行為的功能主要為逃避不想完成的事務;(2)由功能評量發展出的正向行為支持計劃,結合了前事控制策略、正向行為教導和後果處理策略,有效減少研究對象的干擾行為,並達到增加正向行為之效;(3)撤回支持計劃後,教師認同個案具備良好的維持效果。依據研究結果,本文將進一步提出相關建議,以作為未來教學與相關實務上處理重度自閉症障礙者干擾行為之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to discuss the effects of the positive behavior support plan for disruptive behavior for a female teenager with severe autism. The major findings were as follows: (1)Through the functional assessment, these findings showed that the client tended to have more disruptive behavior when she wanted to avoid some orders or works she would not like to obey or do. (2)Based on the result of functional assessment, developing the positive support plan that combined the strategies including setting events control, teaching the positive behaviors and using the constant consequences had reduced disruptive behavior effectively and tended to increase positive behaviors. (3)The teachers agreed that the client maintained the effects well. According to these findings, this article would make some suggestions for references to deal with disruptive behavior of teenagers with severe autism in the future. |
