英文摘要 | The Japanese management system is what is called the structure which supported the growth of Japanese companies sustaining the confusion after World War II, Nixon shock and oil shock of 1970s. Such management innovations as TQC, JIT, target costing and ameba management were created and deployed in the system with strong loyalty and devotion of employees to work. However, after bubble burst in 1990s, performance oriented system was introduced in the name of rationalization, and the merit of the Japan management was abandoned. Although Japanese economy seems to recover after 15 years since bubble burst, and the constitution of Japanese companies have changed remarkably, it is still doubt whether the true strength can be regained. |
