中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在驗證本研究所設計之「紓解嫉妒情緒介入策略」對大學生減少 嫉妒情緒的效果。 研究以五十六位大學生為研究對象。採實驗組-控制組不等組前後測之實驗設計。實驗 組接受完形治療取向紓解嫉妒介入策略的實驗處理。以「嫉妒事件量表」「嫉妒特質量表」 「理性行為量表」「田納西自我概念量表」為測量工具,所得資料以單因子共變數分析及單 因子多變項共變數分析進行統計處理。其結果發現此策略能有效減低實驗組受試,對嫉妒事 件的敏感程度及嫉妒特質傾向,並部分修正受試有關嫉妒的非理性信念。而增加自我概念部 分則未達顯著效果。 整體而言,本研究自行設計的紓解嫉妒介入策略,具有相當的成效,並可應用於其他負 向情緒的處理。 |
英文摘要 | The stud, was conducted to examine the effects of group intervention for resolution of envy/jealousy. Fifty-six undergraduate students were assigned to the experimental and control groups in unequal group sizes. The experimental group was intervened with the envy resolution program in Gestalt approach designed by the researcher. Four dependent measures were collected by "Envy Event Scale," "Envy Trait Scale," "Rational Behavior Scale," "Tennessee Self-Concept Scale." All dependent measures were analyzed by one-factor ANOVA and MANOVA. The intervention program was found to effectively reduce sensitivity and trait of envy and to modify irrational belief in envy. However, no significant effect in raising self-concept was found. Generally speaking, the intervention was found to effectively resolve envy, and it could also be used to resolve other negative emotion. |
