中文摘要 | 本文探討不同耐陰程度之環境綠化植物,在自然狀態下之葉片型態及生理特徵,與植物耐陰指數之相關性。試驗材料為厚皮香(Ternstroemia gymnanthera)、山茶花(Camellia japonica)、鵝掌藤(Schefflera arboricola)、月橘(Murraya paniculata)、大葉山欖(Palaquium formosanum)、海檬果(Cerbera manghas)、桂花(Osmanthus fragrans)、水黃皮(Pongamia pinnata)、白千層(Melaleuca leucadendra)、麵包樹(Artocarpus altilis)、大葉合歡(Albizzia lebbeck)、羊蹄甲(Bauhinia variegata)、珊瑚刺桐(Erythrina corallodendron)、緬梔(Plumeria ruba var. acutifolia)等二十種。調查後依據具代表性的耐陰性分類,加權得到耐陰指數,並以此與調查值做相關性分析。結果顯示自然環境下,耐陰指數越高者其比葉鮮重(r=0.8016***)、葉溫與氣溫之差值(r=0.7825***)、葉片厚度(r=0.7776***)、葉綠素計讀值(r=0.6720**)、葉綠素a含量(r=0.5436*)及總葉綠素含量值較高(r=0.4926*)。葉綠素b含量及a/b比值,則與耐陰指數相關性不大。 |
英文摘要 | This study compared the leaf morphological and physiological characteristics of plants to investigate the shade tolerance index. Under natural environments, 20 common ornamental plants in Taiwan such as Ternstroemia gymnanthera, Camellia japonica, Schefflera arboricola, Murraya paniculata, Palaquium formosanum, Cerbera manghas, Osmanthus fragrans, Pongamia pinnata, Melaleuca leucadendra, Artocarpus altilis, Albizzia lebbeck, Bauhinia variegate, Erythrina corallodendron, Plumeria ruba var. acutifolia and so on were used to observe the leaf morphological and physiological characteristics. According to the different review about ornamentals, those plants were grouped and given the shading index. The correlation between shading index and the data of observation were tested. The results showed that there were positive correlation between shading index and specific leaf weight (SLFW) (r=0.8016***), temperature difference between leaves and air (∆T) (r=0.7825***), leaf thickness (r=0.7776***), chlorophyll meter reading values (CMR) (r=0.6720**), chlorophyll a content (r=0.5436*) and chlorophyll a+b content (r=0.4926*). |
