中文摘要 | 將竹炭及椰殼分別以1.0%之重量比率添加於聚酯高分子紡絲製程中,製備含竹炭及含椰殼炭之聚酯摻合纖維。蓄熱保溫機能以鹵素燈及紅外線熱像儀測試;消臭性能則評定試樣對初始濃度100ppm氨氣之消臭率。結果顯示含炭試樣明顯比純聚酯式樣具較高的蓄熱保溫特性,含竹炭聚酯試樣之相對升溫值及蓄熱值分別是9.27℃及5.40℃;含椰殼炭聚酯試樣之相對升溫值及蓄熱值則分別是9.05℃及5.46℃,含竹炭與含椰殼炭聚酯試樣相對比較之蓄熱保溫性能幾近相同。由氨氣消臭測試得知,聚酯的消臭性能可藉炭材之慘合獲致提升,然織物試樣之消臭率與炭材本身比表面積大小之關聯性並不明確,含竹炭聚酯試樣消臭率為53%,含椰殼炭聚酯試樣消臭率為56%,均優於純聚酯試樣之38%。 |
英文摘要 | The bamboo charcoal and coco shell charcoal materials were added in polyethylene terephthalate (hereafter referred to as PET) fiber spinning process in the same proportion control1ed at 1.0% by weight to compose bamboo charcoal / PET and coco shel1 charcoal / PET blended fibers. The halogen light radiation method and the far infrared ray Thermo-vision analysis were applied to estimate the performance of thermal retention performance of charcoal contained fiber knit specimen. The gas removal effect was performed by evaluating the adsorption capability for ammonia gas in 100 ppm primary concentration of fiber knit specimen. The result indicated that the charcoal contained specimen showed the better thermal retention performance than pure PET fiber knit sample, the values of relative temperature ascension and temperature retention for bamboo charcoal contained fiber were 9.27℃ and 5.40℃, and for coco shell charcoal contained were 9.05℃ and 5.46℃. Furthermore, there was almost no difference of thermal retention performance between bamboo charcoal and coco shel1 charcoal contained fiber knit specimen. From the gas removal test, it showed that the adsorption capability for ammonia gas could be improved by blending charcoal materials into PET fiber. Besides, the gas removal effect of fiber knit specimen seemed to be less concerned with the specific surface area of charcoal itself. The reduction rate for ammonia gas of bamboo charcoal and coco shell charcoal contained fiber knit specimen were 53% and 56%, respectively; for pure PET, the reduction rate was only 38%. |
