中文摘要 | 軟體動物會隨著水質及棲地等環境因子變化而有所改變,為了探討除污型人工溼地中軟體動物與水質及棲地間的相互關係,本研究以嘉南藥理科技大學校園中除污型人工溼地進行研究,依據溼地中遮蔽度及BOD高低等不同,劃分四個區塊,進行軟體動物相及各項環境因子的調查。初步觀測結果發現,BOD高之區域有明顯的優勢種現象,底質複雜度亦為影響底棲軟體動物族群的因子之一,此結果可以提供日後人工溼地設計與維護之依據。 |
英文摘要 | Environmental factors and water quality affect the distribution of freshwater snails. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of environmental factors the mollusks in constructed wetland. We set four sampling sites with different environmental condition such as BOD and plant cover in Chia Nan University wetland. Our results showed that the dominant species observed in the site with high BOD, and high diversity of freshwater snails related to high complexity of substratum. The result of this study can offer the information of design and maintain of constructed wetland in the future. |
