中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探究新竹縣國中運動代表隊經營現況,研究者以自編問卷,調查縣內二十八所公立國中代表隊組織、重點發展項目、訓練、輔導等情況,並訪談縣內多位專家學者,將調查與訪談結果分析作為結論和建議,提供教育局與各校規劃運動代表隊發展之參考,期能促進新竹縣競技運動的卓越發展。 研究結果:1.新竹縣國中重點發展運動代表隊共18項、76隊、1269名選手及101位教練。選手佔全體學生人數6.5%,平均每校2.7個團隊,教練主要是由體育教師兼任。2.代表隊的成立多是學校傳統隊伍,或指導教練的爭取而成立。選手主要來自教練招募、自動報名、教師推薦。選拔資格是具有興趣、有該項發展潛能。3.各隊平均每天訓練2小時31分鐘、每週4.67天。在寒假集訓的有20隊、暑假則有21隊,實施移地訓練的有27隊。4.代表隊經營的阻礙因素主要是經費不足與隊員招募困難。選手退出訓練則是由於訓練太辛苦、家長反對及學業成績退步。 研究建議:1.縣府補助各項代表隊宜評估成績與未來發展性,減少資源稀釋並促進運動項目間的良性競爭。2.建立選手培訓的縱向銜接,提升績優選手培育的持續性。3.加強代表隊課業與升學輔導,提高家長與教師的支持度。4.輔導學校發行體育月刊,尋求企業贊助。5.將教師訓練代表隊時間納入授課鐘點,以提升訓練品質與成效。6.增加體育班或設立訓練站,提高競技運動人口與成績。7.健全競技運動與全民運動發展,提昇新竹縣體育水準。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this research was to understand the current status of varsity sport team management in junior high schools of Hsin-Chu County. The author established questionnaires to investigate the present situation of the varsity team organization, developmental priorities, and athletic training/counseling in twenty eight public schools within the count. In addition, the author further interviewed several related experts. Based on the analyzed questionnaire surveys and interview, the author provided conclusions and suggestions as references to further planning of the varsity team progression in the department of education and the administration of school. This information will advance the development of athletics in Hsin-Chu County. Based on the survey and interview, the research results were as follows. First, there were 18 different sport items, 76 sport teams, 1269 athletes and 101 coaches in junior high schools of Hsin-Chu County. Total number of athletes was about 6.5% of the total students and in average there were about 2.7 sport teams per school. Physical education □PE) teachers were the primary source f coaches. Second, sport teams were originated from school tradition or from requisitions by instructors or coaches. Athletes were recruited by coaches, signed up by students, or recommended by teachers. The criterions to be recruited were students' own interests and personal potential. Third, in average, training time was about 2 hours and 31 minutes per day and about 4.67 days per week. There were 20 teams training in winter vacation, 21 teams training in summer vacations and 27 teams having off-campus training. Last, the obstructions for varsity team operation were lacking financial support and having difficulty in recruitment. The main reasons for students to drop the team were training load, parental objection and low academic achievement. Finally, the author proposed explicit suggestions: □1) Assisting varsity sport team in evaluating the contest results and planning future progression. Also, reducing the divergence in resources consumption and promoting the constructive competitions between the sport teams; □2) developing the profession plan in athletic training and raising the persistency in athletic career; □3) improving the course tutoring/academic counseling for athletes to raise the support from parents and teachers; □4) seeking sponsors from enterprises to support the sport monthly publications and sport team training funding.; □5) including the coaching as a part of the teaching loading of PE teachers, who concurrently coach sport teams, to improve the training quality and achievements; □6) establishing special athletic program and training center to raise the accomplishment in contests; □7) integrating athletic sports and extending national fitness campaign to promoting the ranking of Hsin-Chu County in sport. |
